We know our bodies, we know when they feel ready to move and we know when we need to give them a little more TLC and attention. This session is designed to access full, active stretches in alternative ways for days that you are ready to rock the world as well as discover gentle, active movements for when you need your world to take a chill pill. The key is to learn these options and truly let go of judgement of what your body needs on any given day.
I encourage you to bring nice thick yoga mats, maybe even two. Make the investment in the larger yoga blocks. After this class you'll be really glad you did.
